Terms of service

1. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in GEL and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Delivery
Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered the next working day within Tbilisi.
Delivery to other cities in Georgia takes 2–3 working days, and 3–5 working days for villages.
Express delivery is available only in Tbilisi for an additional 10 GEL.

3. Products
We aim to display our products as accurately as possible. As many items are handmade, slight variations in color, shape, or texture may occur.

4. Returns & Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review each case individually and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, images, and text, belongs to Commodus and may not be used without permission.

6. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept any changes.
